Custom House Illustration
 

This custom house portrait commission is hand illustrated  with beautiful fine detailing, and printed using a Giclee fine art printer.  This is archival quality and printed on premium textured heavy weight, fine art paper.   

This comes in two options: 
1.)  A black on white pen and ink look with beautiful natural texture and tonal qualities
2.). A hint of color is added embellishing the black and white giclee print  by hand painting with watercolor (see below).  

These pieces are offered in two sizes and will arrive matted:

Option 1:  Black & White
8" x 10" -     $199.00  art arrives mated to 11" x 14" (outer perimeter size)
                      plus a $15.00 ship fee.
11" x 14" -     $225.00 art arrives mated to 16" x 20" (outer perimeter size)
                      plus a $22.00 ship fee.

Option 2:  Black & White with Watercolor 
8" x 10" -     $250.00  art arrives mated to 11" x 14" (outer perimeter size)
                     plus a $15.00 ship fee.
11" x 14" -     $275.00 art arrives mated to a 16" x 20" (outer perimeter size)
                      plus a $22.00 ship fee.

Please supply me with one or two good quality house photos shot in
the angle of which you want the art work created.  We will discuss the project details before I begin.

Timing:   Up to three weeks delivery time upon receiving photo.
